Money Back Guarantee Policy |
Our Money Back Guarantee Policy: If we fail to show you a moose in their natural environment we will cheerfully refund your full fare price.* However you must ask for the refund do not assume it will automatically be credited to your credit card.

Free Safari Policy |
Our Free Safari Policy: If we fail to show you a moose in their natural environment we will cheerfully give you a coupon for a "Free Safari" for another time.** You must ask for the coupon at the when you return to the office.
*Refund will be returned upon return from the Safari. Our Money Back Guarantee is offered only on Safaris taken May through August.
**Free Safaris must be taken within the same year the "no moose" safari was taken. Free Safari is further subject to availability and space upon the newly scheduled "free" safari. Free Safaris are non-transferable, good only for those on the van the day the "no moose safari" was committed. "Free" coupon will be issued upon return from the "no moose" safari and must be presented the day of the "free safari". When making reservations for the "Free Safari" it must be stated that you hold a "Free Safari" coupon and further stated the number of people the coupon entitles to the "Free Safari".
